Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over €120. For orders under €120, a flat fee of €6.95 applies.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to follow your package.

Returns

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Some sale items may be non-returnable. Please check the product description.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@iyaninteriors.nl with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Packaging: Safely pack the item in its original packaging or a sturdy box.
3. Shipping: Send the package to the following address:

   We recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your return, the amount of the original purchase will be refunded.
